  • If an item is out of stock after your order, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
  • We process orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Incomplete or suspicious orders may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement if it hasn’t been shipped.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Digital invoices are sent via email.
  • You can request a printed invoice at checkout.
